Part Size on the Array
The size of the individual part on the array.
Part Space on Array
The spacing between the parts on the array. The spacing should include the rout path (if applicable) around the part. For example, an .062 rout path between the parts with no remaining material would be an .062 space. However, if you want .1 of material between the parts and an .062 rout path around the parts, you'd enter .224 in the spacing fields (.062 rout + .1 material + .062 rout).
The X by Y part matrix on the array. For example, a 2 x 3 matrix will produce a 6 up array, 2 across and 3 high.
The Array Borders are the distance from the edge of the part on the array to the edge of the array. Dimensions can be set
for each edge of the array independently.
The values should include the space required for the rout path (if applicable) around the part. For example, if an .062
rout path is required around the part and a .5 rail is also required, the border should be set to .562.
